1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Miloner mobile application and website miloner.online (together, the “App” or “Miloner”). Miloner is operated by Abhishek Kumar, Hariwatika Chowk, Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar – 845438, India (“Miloner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical or digital signature.
2. Eligibility (18+ Only)
- You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use the App. You must confirm this at registration.
- All information you provide must be true, accurate, and complete. You may hold only one account.
- You must not have been previously banned from Miloner, unless we have expressly allowed you to return.
- The App is currently offered for users in India. You must comply with all laws that apply to you.
- If we find that a user is under 18, we will close the account immediately.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account Creation
- You can register using your email address or mobile phone number with a password.
- You must provide accurate information such as your name and gender. Some features differ for male users and female experts.
- Keep your password confidential. We will never ask for your password, OTP, or UPI PIN.
3.2 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Tell us immediately at support@miloner.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep your login details safe.
4. Voice Calls & Charges
4.1 Call Charges
- Each female expert has a per‑minute call rate (for example, ₹5 per minute). The rate is always shown on the expert’s profile before you call. Rates may change, but a change never applies to a call already in progress.
- Calls are billed per started minute: the charge for each minute is deducted from your wallet at the start of that minute. For example, a call lasting 1 minute 10 seconds is charged as 2 minutes.
- You need enough wallet balance for at least one minute to start a call. When your balance runs out, the call ends automatically.
- Every charge is shown in your wallet / credit history.
4.2 Call Quality
- Call quality depends on your internet connection, device, and our calling provider (Agora.io). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free calls.
- If a call drops due to a technical fault on our side and you were charged for a minute you could not use, contact support within 7 days with the call details and we will review it.
4.3 No Call Recording
- We do not record voice calls. Only call details (time, duration, participants, cost) are stored for billing and safety.
- You must not record a call or share another user’s voice without their consent.
4.4 Reporting During a Call
- If you face harassment or inappropriate behaviour during a call, use the report button on the call screen. You can also end the call at any time.
5. Chat & Community Guidelines
- Private messages to experts may be charged per message at the rate shown in the App. Free message credits (for example, earned by watching rewarded ads) are used first.
- All messages in private chats and community chats must follow these Terms.
- We do not actively monitor all conversations. Admins may review messages when investigating a report, a safety issue, or a legal request.
- Do not share personal contact details (phone number, address, social media handles) or ask other users for money or payments outside the App.
- Harassment, hate speech, spam, explicit content, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
6. Wallet, Recharges & Refunds
6.1 Wallet Recharge
- You can add money to your Miloner wallet through our payment partner Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not see or store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
- Bonus credits shown on recharge plans are promotional, are added on top of the amount you pay, and have no cash value.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes (such as GST) may be included or added as shown at checkout.
- Wallet balance can only be used inside the App for calls and messages. It does not earn interest, cannot be transferred to another user, and cannot be withdrawn as cash by male users.
6.2 Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Failed or duplicate payments: If money is debited from your bank but not added to your wallet, or you are charged twice, the amount is refunded to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. Contact support@miloner.com with your transaction ID if it is not resolved.
- Used balance: Amounts already spent on calls or messages are not refundable, except for wrongful charges as described in Section 4.2.
- Unused balance: Recharges are for use within the App and are generally non‑refundable. This does not affect any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
- Bonus and free credits are never refundable.
7. Female Experts – Earnings & Withdrawals
- To receive calls, female users must pass voice verification. Approval is at our discretion.
- Experts are independent users of the platform, not employees of Miloner.
- Experts earn a share of each paid call minute and paid message. The share (commission) depends on the expert’s level and is shown in the App. Miloner keeps the remaining amount as a platform fee.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is shown in the App (currently ₹100). Withdrawals are paid to the UPI ID or bank account you provide, usually within 7 working days after admin approval. You must make sure your payout details are correct.
- Taxes (including TDS where applicable) may be deducted as required by law. You are responsible for your own income tax.
- We may ask for identity verification before paying out, and may hold or cancel earnings that come from fraud, fake calls, self‑calling, or other violations of these Terms. If a withdrawal is rejected, the amount is returned to your earnings balance unless it is withheld for a violation.
- Experts must behave professionally, follow the Community Guidelines, and must not ask users for money, gifts, or contact outside the App.
8. Levels, Bonuses, Referrals & Rewards
- Expert levels are based on call minutes in a rolling 30‑day period. Higher levels may give a higher commission, as shown in the App.
- Bonuses (weekly, monthly, streak), leaderboard prizes, and referral rewards are given according to the rules shown in the App at that time. They are based on activity, not chance, and no purchase is needed to take part.
- We may change or end any bonus, leaderboard, or referral program with notice in the App. Rewards already earned before the change will be honoured.
- Referral rewards are given only for genuine new users. Self‑referrals, multiple accounts, or the same device used again are not eligible.
- Any manipulation (fake calls, multiple accounts, automated activity) leads to loss of the related rewards and may lead to a ban.
9. Verification & Badges
- Users may apply for Silver (ID proof) or Gold (video) verification badges. Voice, ID, and video files are reviewed by a human admin and deleted after the decision, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
- A badge means the documents passed our manual check at that time. It is not a guarantee of a user’s identity, character, or behaviour. Always use caution when talking to people you do not know.
- Submitting fake, edited, or someone else’s documents leads to a permanent ban.
10. Advertisements
- The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, mainly to male users.
- Rewarded ads are optional. You choose to watch them to receive free message credits or other rewards shown in the App.
- We are not responsible for the content of third‑party ads or the products they promote.
11. Prohibited Conduct

- Harass or bully: Use abusive, threatening, or offensive language in calls or chats.

- Dox others: Share another person’s personal information without consent.
- Record without consent: Record calls or share screenshots of private chats to harm others.
- Hack: Hack, reverse‑engineer, or bypass security measures.
- Upload inappropriate verification content: Voice, video, or ID files containing nudity or offensive material.
- Promote other services: Advertise other apps or services, or move users to other platforms.
- Infringe IP: Post copyrighted material without permission.
- Disrupt: Intentionally interfere with other users or the App.
Content that is prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 is also not allowed.
12. Child Safety Standards
Miloner has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Miloner is only for adults (18+). Accounts of users found to be under 18 are closed.
- Any content, message, or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, or exploits a minor leads to an immediate permanent ban, without warning or appeal.
- We remove such content as soon as we become aware of it, preserve relevant evidence as required by law, and report it to the appropriate authorities, including Indian law enforcement (e.g., via cybercrime.gov.in) and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Users can report child‑safety concerns using the in‑app report option on any profile, chat, or call screen, or by email.
- Child safety point of contact: Abhishek Kumar – grievance@miloner.com. Child‑safety reports are reviewed with top priority.
13. Moderation, Reporting & Blocking
- Block: You can block any user. Blocked users cannot call or message you. Manage them in Settings → Blocked Users.
- Report: Use the report option on profiles, chats, and call screens. Reports are usually reviewed within 24–48 hours.
- Authorised admins may view profiles, call logs, and (when investigating) chat messages; approve or reject verification; process withdrawals; remove content; freeze wallets during investigations; and block devices to prevent ban evasion.
- Admin actions are logged. Details of how we handle your data during moderation are in our Privacy Policy.
14. Suspension & Ban
- Warning: For minor first‑time violations.
- Temporary suspension (7–30 days): During suspension you cannot call, message, recharge, or withdraw.
- Permanent ban: For serious or repeated violations of Section 11. The account is closed and data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Immediate ban without warning: For child safety violations, serious threats, fraud, or when required by law.
- Wallet and earnings: Balance or earnings obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or violations may be withheld. Otherwise, any refund of unused balance is handled under Section 6.
15. Appeals Process
If you receive a warning, suspension, or ban, you can appeal by emailing grievance@miloner.com with the subject “Appeal – [Your User ID]”, along with your explanation and any evidence. A senior admin will review it and reply within 7 days. The outcome may be reinstatement, a reduced penalty, or confirmation of the original action with reasons. Child safety bans cannot be appealed.
16. Intellectual Property & Your Content
- The Miloner name, logo, design, and software belong to Miloner and are protected by law.
- You own the content you post (profile photo, bio, messages). You give us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to store, display, and process it only as needed to run the App. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
- You confirm that you have the right to post the content you upload.
- You may not copy, modify, sell, or reverse‑engineer the App.
17. Third-Party Services
The App uses third‑party services such as Google Firebase, Supabase, Agora.io, Cashfree Payments, and Google AdMob. Your use of payment services is also subject to Cashfree’s terms. We are not responsible for outages or errors of third‑party services beyond our reasonable control.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure. Miloner is a platform that connects users; we do not control and are not responsible for what users say or do in calls and chats, although we act on reports as described in these Terms.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miloner will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- The conduct of other users, inside or outside the App.
- Dropped calls, poor audio quality, or service interruptions caused by networks, devices, or third‑party services.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Miloner in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
20. Indemnification
You agree to compensate Miloner for any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your violation of these Terms, your violation of the law or of another person’s rights, or content you post.
